Yes. We manage all electrical work — new sockets, fireplace wiring, lighting circuits. Everything is installed by a qualified electrician and certified to Part P regulations.

Yes. The fireplace is included in Classic and Statement packages. We use quality units from reputable brands.

We check for this during the consultation. If there are obstructions, we'll work around them or discuss alternatives. Any additional work is agreed before we start.

Electric fireplaces have heating elements, but most people use them for ambiance. They typically output 1-2kW, enough to warm a room. The flames work without heat too.

Our 12-month warranty covers workmanship — anything we built or installed. If a shelf comes loose or a light stops working due to our installation, we'll fix it.

Yes. We finish with standard emulsion paint. You can repaint any time.
